asw, somatic practitioner, and coach

with a graduate degree in clinical social work and extended education in a variety of methods involving personal growth, i’ve spent the last two decades transiting and mingling the worlds of western and eastern self-development.

after after almost twenty years of working in wellness and mental health care, i’ve developed a coaching practice anchored by connection and a transpersonal therapeutic process. based on integrated and experiential wholeness, my worldview relies on practical and customized care so my clients can thrive and live well.

committed and passionate to an unbound inner resourcing that dwells in all of us, I help my clients direct growth and fulfillment soundly with resounding clarity.

i’ve taught meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and somatic practices, as well as integrative body modalities.

I’ve worked alongside clients in addiction medicine, as well as in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings.

as a coach, therapist, facilitator and mentor, i’ve been lucky to work with and be part of some of the most renowned spaces in mental health work, embodiment, and movement medicine.

with the appreciation of diversity in all its forms, I love creating therapeutic environments for individuals and groups through the art of relating, remembering and process.
